Step No. 1

Choose the section Tools, subsection Accounts in the program Outlook Express.
Step No. 2

When a new dialogue box opens, choose the keyword Mail, then click Add and choose section Mail.
Step No. 3

Indicate your name and surname, or the name of the organization.
Step No. 4

Type your e-mail address.
Step No. 5

In the pop-up menu indicate the server type POP3.
As the server of incoming mail, POP3, indicate an e-mail server corresponding to your domain. For example mail.domain.com, where domain.com is the name of your domain.
As the server of outgoing mail, SMTP, indicate the server of your internet provider (service provider), for example, mail.latnet.lv, mail.apollo.lv, mail.tc.lv etc.. Each internet provider has its own e-mail server, therefore in order to clarify it, turn to your service provider.
Step No. 6

In the column Account name indicate the username of your e-mail. The username always must be provided together with the name of the domain, as shown in the example.
In the column Password write your e-mail password.
If you wish the program to remember your password, check Remember password.
Step No. 7

Approve the creation of an e-mail by clicking Finish.
Step No. 8

In the Mail section you can see the newly created e-mail account. If you wish to change its settings, click Properties; if you wish to delete it, click Remove; if you wish to create a new account, click Add. To finish the creation of the account, click Close.
Step No. 9

Your e-mail account in Outlook Express is created!
